Nature finds its way into the airy dining room through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Inside or out, diners can sample Chef Tru Lang’s surprise set menus: seven to eight artfully crafted dishes that follow the flow of a traditional Vietnamese meal.

The team at MUA takes pride in exploring sustainable options in F&B to reduce the restaurant’s environmental impact and highlight the value of local ingredients. Used oil from the kitchen is donated to make soaps, organic waste is composted on site, and the kitchen limits plastic in operations and from suppliers. Most ingredients are sourced from nearby markets and the vegetable gardens of Tra Que, just steps away.
